callmesh (“we”) processes account data and call recordings on behalf of the businesses (“tenants”) that use our console. We act as a data processor for call content and a data controller for account and billing information.

We collect the information tenants provide when inviting members, configuring agents, and reviewing calls. Call audio and transcripts are retained per the tenant’s configured retention policy and are never used to train models without explicit consent.
